Luigi’s NY Pizza, Subs & Pasta - Charlotte, North Carolina

We just flew into Charlotte and were looking for a quick bite to eat with a local flair. We decided to give this place a try! Overall, we enjoyed it! We ordered The Garlic Cheese Breed as an appetizer. It was pretty good and had a fresh mozzarella, which was a nice touch. We also ordered the Chicken Alfredo over Spaghetti. The sauce was a bit oily but tasted great! The chicken was also really good! We also wanted to give Luigi's Special Pizza a Try! It was delicious! The crust was crust, and sauce was very good, and the toppings were generous!

Pros:

- The food was overall very good! I'd go again if I lived in the area!

- The Atmosphere is unique and interesting!

- The Restaurant is easy to find, park at, and enter.

-It is clean and well kept.

Cons

- When you dine in, they don't bring the food out to you. You go to the counter to get it. You also clean your own table. I added a tip to our total, but wasn't really sure what for because they didn't do anything besides take our order and cook the food.

- Also disappointing with dine in is that they only offered paper plates and plastic silverware. For the amount of money we paid for the food, the dine in experience could have been nicer. They didn't even have napkins on the table. It was inconvenient having to jump up to grab more napkins when needed.

- The bathroom was visible clean, but the tile floor is in need of a deep cleaning. Also there is no child changing table available. Overall, though, we liked this place and would likely try it again if we found ourselves in the area - they could just improve on a couple of things and be great!
